Chef Camille Adam draws inspiration from the markets of Aix-en-Provence to create vibrant, colorful dishes: roasted vegetables seasoned with fruity olive oil, lightly seared fish, and free-range poultry flavored with southern herbs.

Sincere, elegant cuisine inspired by the colors of Provence and the expertise of local producers.

The vegetables come from market gardeners in the Pays d'Aix, the olive oils are selected in Cadenet or Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, the goat's cheeses come from Rognes, and to accompany it all, the chef leaves it up to you to choose wines that evoke the hills of Sainte-Victoire.

The menus change naturally with the seasons: asparagus and artichokes in spring, tomatoes and zucchini in summer, black truffles and citrus fruits in winter.
